EFEPAE occupies about 400 professionals. The majority of them are owners of Msc and PhD diplomas.

EFEPAE (and partners) observe Quality Management System certified according to ISO 9001: 2008.

Management of EFEPAE projects is fully computerized at all stages with traceability measures and persons responsible in the context of integrated information system of State aid (PSKE), which automatically enters the data in the MIS with interface.  

The body applies a fully electronic payment system (abolition of checks), under which all payments are made directly by bank transfer to the accounts of beneficiaries.
EFEPAE is implementing fixed deadlines for verifications of projects and payments of beneficiaries.
